സു​പ്രീം കോ​ട​തി ചീ​ഫ് ജ​സ്റ്റീ​സ് ദീ​പ​ക് മി​ശ്ര​യ്ക്കെ​തി​രേ പ്ര​തി​പ​ക്ഷ പാ​ർ​ട്ടി​ക​ൾ ഇംപീച്ച്‌മെന്റ് നോ​ട്ടീ​സ് ന​ൽ​കി. രാ​ജ്യ​സ​ഭ അ​ധ്യ​ക്ഷ​ൻ എം. ​വെ​ങ്ക​യ്യ നാ​യി​ഡു​വി​നാ​ണ് നോ​ട്ടീ​സ് ന​ൽ​കി​യ​ത്. ഇംപീച്ച്‌മെന്റ് ന​ട​പ​ടി​ക​ൾ ച​ർ​ച്ച ചെ​യ്യാ​ൻ ഇ​ന്ന് കോ​ണ്‍​ഗ്ര​സ് നേ​താ​വ് ഗു​ലാം​ന​ബി ആ​സാ​ദ് വി​ളി​ച്ചു ചേ​ർ​ത്ത ​യോ​ഗ​ത്തി​ലാ​ണ് ഇ​തു​സം​ബ​ന്ധി​ച്ച തീ​രു​മാ​നം പ്ര​തി​പ​ക്ഷ പാ​ർ​ട്ടി​ക​ൾ സ്വീ​ക​രി​ച്ച​ത്. ഇംപീച്ച്‌മെന്റ് നോ​ട്ടീ​സി​ൽ ഏ​ഴ് പാ​ർ​ട്ടി​ക​ളി​ലെ 64 എം​പി​മാ​ർ ഒ​പ്പി​ട്ടെ​ന്നും ഗു​ലാം ന​ബി ആ​സാ​ദ് പ​റ​ഞ്ഞു. കോ​ണ്‍​ഗ്ര​സ്, എ​ൻ​സി​പി, സി​പി​എം, സി​പി​ഐ, എ​സ്പി, ബി​എ​സ്പി, മു​സ്ലീം ലീ​ഗ് തു​ട​ങ്ങി​യ പാ​ർ​ട്ടി​ക​ളാ​ണ് നോ​ട്ടീ​സി​നെ പി​ന്തു​ണ​ച്ച​ത്.

71 MPs had signed the impeachment motion (against CJI) but as 7 have retired the number is now 64.
