ഡൽഹി എയിംസ് ആശുപത്രിയിൽ തീപിടുത്തം. ഒന്നാം നിലയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ട്രോമ സെന്ററിലാണ് തീപിടുത്തം ഉണ്ടായത്. വൈകുന്നേരം ആറരയോടെയാണ് തീ പിടുത്തമുണ്ടായത്. ആർക്കും പരിക്കേറ്റിട്ടില്ല. അഗ്‌നിശമന സേനയുടെ നാല് യൂണിറ്റുകൾ സ്ഥലത്തെത്തി തീ നിയന്ത്രണ വിധേയമാക്കി.

കെട്ടിടത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ആരും കുടുങ്ങിക്കിടക്കുന്നില്ലെന്ന് അധികൃതർ അറിയിച്ചു. ആശുപത്രിയുടെ താഴത്തെ നിലകളിൽ പുക നിറഞ്ഞതിനെ തുടർന്ന് ഇവിടെയുണ്ടായിരുന്ന രോഗികളെ മറ്റു വാർഡുകളിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി. കെട്ടിടത്തിലേക്കുള്ള വൈദ്യുതി ബന്ധവും താൽക്കാലികമായി വിച്ഛേദിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
