സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞയ്ക്ക് സ്റ്റേയില്ലെന്ന സുപ്രീംകോടതി വിധി പുലർച്ചെ എത്തിയതോടെ ബിജെപി ഒരുക്കങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങി. രാവിലെ ഒൻപത് മണിയോടെ രാജ്ഭവനിൽ കർണാടകയുടെ പുതിയ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായി യെദ്യൂരപ്പ സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞ ചെയ്യും. വലിയ ആഘോഷങ്ങളില്ലാതെ ലളിതമായ ചടങ്ങുകളാകും രാജ്ഭവനിൽ നടക്കുക. രാജ്ഭവന് മുന്നിൽ വാദ്യമേളങ്ങളുമായി ബിജെപി പ്രവർത്തകർ ആവേശത്തിലാണ്.

നേരത്തെ യെദ്യൂരപ്പയോടൊപ്പം രണ്ട് ഉപമുഖ്യമന്ത്രിമാരും സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞ ചെയ്യുമെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്നുവെങ്കിലും തൽക്കാലം യെദ്യൂരപ്പ മാത്രമാകും സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞ ചെയ്യുക.
